Affogato

Ingredients (for 1 person):

• 1 espresso (30ml)
• 2 scoops of ice cream
• Mint leaf

Preparation :

1. Prepare a cup of espresso.
2. Place 2 scoops of ice-cream into a bowl.
3. Pour espresso on top of the ice-cream and decorate with the mint leaves.
