Spiced Rum & Cream
Ingredients to make the rum syrup:
  • 100ml dark rum
  • 100ml water
  • 200g golden caster sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Preparation :
  1. Place all the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil
  2. Turn the heat down and simmer for 10 minutes
  3. Pour the syrup into a jar and keep in the fridge ready for used
  4. Add 2tbsp of the syrup to a 200ml glass/cup
  5. Top with 2 Lungo coffee
