Sparkling Espresso with Mint
Ingredients (for 1 person):
- A couple of ice cubes
- 1 espresso (30ml)
- 1 tbsp syrup of your choice e.g. vanilla, chocolate
- A handful of mint leaves
- Sparkling water
- Put the ice cubes in a shaker.
- Add syrup and fresh mint in the same shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
- Pour espresso into the shaker.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with the rest of the mint leaves.
