Spiced Rum & Cream
Ingredients to make the rum syrup:
- 100ml dark rum
- 100ml water
- 200g golden caster sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Preparation :
- Place all the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil
- Turn the heat down and simmer for 10 minutes
- Pour the syrup into a jar and keep in the fridge ready for used
- Add 2tbsp of the syrup to a 200ml glass/cup
- Top with 2 Lungo coffee
