    Sparkling Espresso with Mint
    Ingredients (for 1 person):
    • A couple of ice cubes
    • 1 espresso (30ml)
    • 1 tbsp syrup of your choice e.g. vanilla, chocolate
    • A handful of mint leaves
    • Sparkling water
    Equipment:
    • Shaker
    Preparation :
    1. Put the ice cubes in a shaker.
    2. Add syrup and fresh mint in the same shaker.
    3. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
    4. Pour espresso into the shaker.
    5. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
    6. Top with sparkling water.
    7. Garnish with the rest of the mint leaves.
