Ingredients:
- 2 Egg Yolk
- 100ml Whipping Cream
- 100ml Milk
- 20g Sugar
Method:
- Whisk egg yolks. Add sugar, milk and whipping cream in sequence and mix lightly. Add vanilla essence. Mix well.
- Sieve the mixtures to filter out bubbles.
- Pour the mixtures into a small bottle and cover well with microwave wrap.
- Put the small bottle in the steam basket and the basket into the glass bowl. Turn the control knob to select Steaming Mode and set the timer to 60 minutes.
- After finishes, take out and let cool. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top. Use a blow torch to caramelize sugar until golden and serve.
Tips:
You can use skim milk or low fat milk instead of whole milk
