Ingredients:
- 350 g pumpkin
- 100 ml chicken broth
- 250 g carrots (diced)
- 100 g evaporated milk
- 50 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp of pepper
- 2 tbsp of soda
- 2 tbsp of cinnamon
- 2 tsp of oil
Method:
- Cut the pumpkin, onion and carrots into a small dice.
- Add the oil into the glass bowl..
- Add all ingredients and cover the lid
- Turn the control knob to Veloute / Fine Soup Mode and set the timer to 30 minutes start cooking.
- Finish and serve
