Creamy Mushroom Soup

Serve: 3-4
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Program:   Chunky/Thick soup

Ingredients:
  • 30g Butter
  • 200g Onion, peeled and chopped
  • 250g Mushrooms, cut in slide
  • 10g Flour
  • 300ml Water
  • 100ml Milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Olive oil
Seasoning:
  • 1 cube chicken stock
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Method:
  1. Add the olive oil
  2. Select the  “Chunky/Thick soup” mode
  3. Add salt and pepper after finish
Tips:

Mushrooms help to decrease the risk of obesity, diabetes and heart disease.
