Ingredients:
- 50 g leeks (white part only)
- 1 garlic clove
- 350g cauliflower cut into pieces
- 50g ground almonds
- 400ml vegetable/chicken stock or water
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1/4tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/4tsp ground nutmeg
- 1-2 tsp honey
- Salt (optional)
To serve:
- 4tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 20g toasted flaked almonds
- Smoked paprika
- Chives (finely chopped)
