Immune Boosting Smoothie

Serve: 2-3
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Program:   Ice Crushing

Ingredients:
  • 6 Strawberry, cut out the hull
  • 1 Banana
  • 250ml Milk or Skimmed milk
Method:
  1. Add all the ingredients into glass bowl
  2. Select the  “Ice crushing” mode and blend until smooth
  3. Finish and serve
Tips:

Strawberries are rich in vitamin C, manganese and fiber. It can help to prevent heart disease, diabetes and cancer.  Also help toughen up our immune system.
Bananas are containing potassium, which have to improve electrolytes in our body.
