Creamy Pumpkin Soup

Serve: 3+-4
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Program:   Smooth/Fine soup

Ingredients:
  • 400g Pumpkin, Cut in cube
  • 250g Carrot , peeled and diced
  • 100g Evaporated milk
  • 50g Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Oliver Oil
Seasoning:
  • 1 cube chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1-2 tablespoon Cinnamon
Method:
  1. Add the olive oil
  2. Add all the ingredients and chicken stock
  3. Select the   “Smooth / Fine Soup” Mode
  4. Add salt, pepper and cinnamon after finish
Tips:

Pumpkins are containing source of vitamin A, which help for anti- aging and increase the production of collagens for your skin.
