Crème brûlée

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Program:   Steam mode, time 25 minutes

  • 2 Egg Yolk
  • 100ml Whipping Cream
  • 100ml Milk
  • 20g Sugar
  1. Whisk egg yolks. Add sugar, milk and whipping cream in sequence and mix lightly. Add vanilla essence. Mix well.
  2. Sieve the mixtures to filter out bubbles.
  3. Pour the mixtures into a small bottle and cover well with microwave wrap.
  4. Put the small bottle in the steam basket and the basket into the glass bowl. Turn the control knob to select Steaming Mode and set the timer to 60 minutes.
  5. After finishes, take out and let cool. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  6. Sprinkle brown sugar on top. Use a blow torch to caramelize sugar until golden and serve.


You can use skim milk or low fat milk instead of whole milk
