Beetroot and carrot soup

Serve: 4
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Program:   Chunky/Thick soup

  • 1 medium Beetoot, peel and chopped into small dice
  • 1 Carrot, peel and sliced
  • 2 spoon Wipping Cream
  • 650ml Water
  • 2 tpsp Oliver oil
  • 1 cube chicken stock
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 2 tsp Cream
  1. Add water, carrot and beetoot into the glass bowl.
  2. Select the “Thick Soup” Mode
  3. After 10 mins, add the chicken stock
  4. When the soup is finish, season the soup with cream, olive oil, salt and black pepper.


Beetroot can helps in detoxifies your body and rich in antioxidants.
